Wow, a Benefit Day sell-out!
Thank you to everyone who bought Benefit Day tickets and made this yearly fund raising event a rousing success. With all available tickets sold (sorry if you missed out, but the number of tickets is limited), Park City Mountain Resort is delighted to donate $50,000 to the People's Health Clinic to help them provide high-quality medical services to uninsured individuals and families in the area around Park City. An important reminder: if you have purchased a Benefit Day ticket and are planning on using it on one of the extra days (Dec 8-25), you will need to bring the ticket to a ticket window prior to using it on the mountain.
In other news, we are planning on opening the Town Lift (not the runs quite yet) for the season this Saturday with downloading available to allow access to our open runs from and to the Main Street area. We are hopeful that we will be able to open additional terrain soon and we'll keep everyone posted as things develop, in the meantime, here's the latest from the National Weather Service (keep your fingers crossed, I know I am):
