Well, it's time for an update already on major changes to the parks. The guys in the cats went to town this last week and made changes to payday and jonesys. The third jump in Jonesys was worked over and given a little less vert. Jonesys welcomes the addition of 3 features to the family, a wall ride, c-wall, and down flat down ledge. For those of you that ride here, the mound of snow before the c-wall will have a feature installed later this week, a flat down ledge. Lower Jonesys will keep the 3 smaller jumps, but has sprouted 3 new features at the bottom, with a 4th to go in soon. After the jump line, there is a 30' up box, into an A-frame double tube rail, into an up-down box and soon will be into a flat down single tube. There have been ideas thrown around to put some rail features up in the top of lower Jonesys, but the lack of snow around those jumps is hindering our ability to farm more snow for them. All of payday has been removed to place those features in other parks, but we have a pile of features waiting to go back in place. Nothing new to report in Kings Crown, both of the picnic tables were resurfaced and are open, nothing new as well in Pick 'n' Shovel for the time being.
If you have comments for us about the parks, let us know. When I say let us know, that doesn't mean flying by us out on the hill yelling that something isn't set up how you like it. Stop, talk with us, tell us what you like, why you like it, what you don't like and why you don't like it. We love feedback and comments and people just hanging out having a good time, but just yelling something negative from a distance just makes us laugh at you. Well we have to have entertainment on the hill right? Plus it isn't personal, doesn't do anyone any good and it's better to just come over and talk :)
I am working on a photo gallery and maybe some short video edits, but I just haven't had time since my last blog, today is my day off and I just got back from buying tires for my truck. The wonderful fall back into reality days off. bills, laundry, cleaning the house. Good stuff.
Hi I don't know if this is for asking questions and what not. But I have a question and if you could please send the answer to my email that would be great. Well when I look at the snow report and what runs are open, it says that jonseys upper jumps are closed. Why are they and when will they be open? Thanks a ton.

Hey there man, I just want to let you that your doin a sweet job on keeping the info flowing, last year its all like i hope they do this or I wonder what gonna happen here...BUT Just some sugestions. The hips/jumps/quartepipe things in pick, they need ALOT more pop the tranny is good I just wish there was a little more lip. I really like what you guys have done with kings theres practically a rail garden at the bottom but it backfires cause everyone wants to hit every rail so it gets to be like 2 foot waves and bumps by noon, and isnt fun if you land the least bit sketchy. Im stoked you fixed the third hit in jonesys and im feeling the pop on the three lower jumps, so keep up the good work and i hope we can make it to the end of the season and get a bit more of the white stuff. Thanks and cheers.

-Mike Replies: I will pass on the requests for Pick, the Crown is going to be tore into today and new features built, I will get back with a new blog later this week when it's up and running and I promise pictures this time!

With upper Jonesy's pretty much dialed now, I've put up the 06-07 Jonesy's park map on pcride, visit it at http://www.pcride.com/parks/jonesys/index.html - enjoy!
