We had nearly 100 people show up for the Thriller Snow Dance, which is a bit shy of what we needed to get into the Guinness Book of World Records. But one thing is for sure, the "Thriller" snow dance will bring amazing snow to Utah for the upcoming season. We are confident next year we will make it in the books. Plan on being there!
In the meantime, check out the first-ever "Thriller" Snow Dance:

Opening day is in a few days and there have been no posts since Nov. 1. What's up?

Blog has been kind of quiet. Does it look like it'll be cold enough to make snow for opening next Saturday?
Krista replies:
Please accept my sincere apologies for not updating the blog MoSno. We have been frantically trying to get ready for opening day this Saturday. Will you be one of the first six people in line? I hope to meet you on Saturday morning.

Highs in the 60s this week? Is last week's dump melting away or will it hold up?
Krista replies:
We feel pretty confident that 90 percent of the man-made snow and the snow a top McConkey's will keep, even with the high temps. Right now things are looking good for us to open on Nov. 21. See you soon!
