I am trying to see if a quick 6 day ski trip to Park City is a good idea for myself, 7 year old daughter and husband (who has skied Tahoe, Aspen, Taos,Snowmass) for the April 8-14. It's a week since your last posted blog. Do we come now or do we save our vacation time and cash and come closer Christmas holiday. I know at Christmas it will be more crowded and cost more but how are the conditions now? Please be brutally honest because we only take one ski vacation a year. Should it be now? Thanks! Michele

Eric replies, see our post from yeseterday, http://parkcity.typepad.com/park_city_mountain_resort/2007/04/last_week_of_th.html to see what we're planning to have open for next week. It will be spring skiing and riding conditions and I would certainly expect that we will have significantly more terrain available for skiing and riding next Holiday season.

I'm coming to PC over Spring break (April 7-14). How well are the conditions going to be? are they guareenteed to be open?

    Eric replies:
We are sticking with our scheduled closing date of April 15, and it's certainly spring skiing and riding conditions. We'll possibly be closing some lifts after this weekend, I'll be sure to put up a post to let you know what the plans are once I hear.
